Cadillac Fairview Achieves Fitwel Certification at HSBC Building in Vancouver

Vancouver, BC (January 20, 2020) – Cadillac Fairview is pleased to announce it has achieved its first Fitwel certification at HSBC building located at 885 West Georgia at CF Pacific Centre in Vancouver, BC.

 

Fitwel certification is designed for optimizing building performance to support healthier workplace environments and improve occupant productivity. At the HSBC building, Fitwel certification was achieved by addressing a broad range of health behaviors and risks, such as enabling and promoting access to stairwells, access to nature-filled walking trails, and bicycle parking infrastructure, just to name a few.

This new certification builds on HSBC building’s 2019 industry achievements including LEED Performance Path Platinum and Energy Star Certification.
