CF TORONTO EATON CENTRE HOSTS THIRD INSTALLMENT OF CF COLLECTIVE POP UP SHOP

TORONTO, ON (July 26, 2018) – Building on the success of Cadillac Fairview’s pop-up shop concept, CF Collective, CF Toronto Eaton Centre is proud to host the popular limited-run retail experience in Centre Court from Thursday August 2 to Sunday August 5, 2018. Designed as a pilot program to incubate local retailers not normally found in traditional shopping centre settings, the third installment of CF Collective will feature three up-and-coming Toronto-based retailers: Sonic Bloom, Blackhare, and CUT Designs.

 

Sonic Bloom

Helmed by Toronto-based artist, Judyth Zorbok, Sonic Bloom specializes in whimsical botanicals and succulents in cleverly upcycled dinosaur toy planters and highly-stylized hand-poured concrete planter pots. Designed with a modern aesthetic along with a touch of humor, Sonic Bloom features a unique line of planters with prices ranging from $15 to $60.

 

Blackhare

Founded by husband and wife team, Nick Chase and Monica Resendes, Blackhare is committed to creating high quality, hand-crafted tops and tees fit for the entire family. Blackhare uses only the softest TriBlend materials and 100% cotton in their exclusive collection of hand-printed t-shirts for babies, kids, women and men. Featuring unique designs ranging from Toronto-centric pieces to abstract art, t-shirts start at $24.

 

CUT Designs

CUT design, founded by Toronto-native Rebecca Thorpe, specializes in city cartography. Each map is hand-drawn and hand-cut out of paper with precision and patience. Unlike laser-cut maps, CUT Designs’ maps are a true labour of love with each taking anywhere from three to 24-hours to complete. The collection currently features more than 60 different areas from around the world and range in size from 3x5” to 11x17” with prices starting at $55.
