Cadillac Fairview is a proud advocate of employee volunteerism across all levels of the organization. Through its internal community impact program, Building Communities, CF has seen over 350 volunteers since the program’s inception in 2014. CF’s philanthropy program is an important component of the company’s Corporate Responsibility strategy. At CF we recognize the interrelationship between environmental, social and governance practices and their impact on the communities in which we operate. We channel CF’s core values and the capabilities of our people to positively impact these communities and influence change while creating value for our clients, partners and shareholder.
