Sourced directly from outstanding Colombian coffee farms, or ‘Veredas’, Vereda Central uses a true Crop to Cup coffee model. By bypassing brokers and middlemen, Vereda Central is able to source superior beans, pay farmers fairly and brew the freshest coffee possible – with beans often picked within two weeks of being poured into your cup. 

This is Vereda’s fifth location, and first within Cadillac Fairview’s portfolio. Cadillac Fairview is pleased to be the company’s first location in a shopping center, demonstrating a newfound partnership.
