Robert Michaels

Chairman, Cadillac Fairview Board

Mr. Michaels is the former President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice Chairman of General Growth Properties (GGP). He held numerous positions at GGP, including General Counsel, Executive Vice President, Director of Corporate Leasing, and President of General Growth Management Corporation. He is Founder and Principal of RAM Capital. He currently is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for CFPT Trustee Inc. (Cadillac Fairview), Canada’s premier owner and developer of retail and office real estate. He is a consultant to Bucksbaum Retail Properties. He is a past Director of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Urban Land Economics Research at the School of Business for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Michaels is a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Business and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) also from the University of South Dakota. He has received the University Alumnus of the Year Award, and served on the Board of Trustees for the USD Foundation. Mr. Michaels is a frequent speaker on industry panels and has written numerous articles on the shopping center industry for various trade magazines and journals.

Chuck Crovitz

Mr. Crovitz has worked in the retail sector for over 30 years. He joined The Children’s Place Inc. in 2004 as its interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, he served in various roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer with Gap Inc. and Chief Information Officer with Safeway Inc. He is an experienced corporate director having served on several corporate boards over the last number of years, and is currently Chair of the Board of Essendant, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESNT). Chuck graduated with an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and obtained his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law.
Craig Macnab

Mr. Macnab joined National Retail Properties as CEO in February 2004, where he refocused the company’s investment activities exclusively on net-leased retail properties. Previously, Craig worked in the financial service industry including Lazard Freres, JC Bradford and Tandem Capital, which he founded in 1997.
Jane Rowe

Jane Rowe is Executive Managing Director and head of Ontario Teachers’ Equities department. Comprised of Private Capital and High Conviction Equities (HCE), the department's mission is to deliver growth through investment in both private and publicly traded entities. Jane sits on the Investments and Risk committees of the Plan and chairs the Investments Division Credit and Counterparty Committee. She serves on the boards of Cadillac Fairview, Ontario Teachers’ wholly-owned real estate subsidiary, Arterra Wines Canada and Camelot Group PLC, the operator of the U.K. National Lottery.

Nora Aufreiter

Ms. Aufreiter brings more than 20 years of apparel and retail industry experience to Cadillac Fairview. Ms. Aufreiter was a Director at McKinsey & Company, where she spent 27 years leading Branding, Retail and Omnichannel practices. She holds a BA, Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
Javier San Juan

President & Chief Executive Officer, L'Oréal Latin American Region

Mr. San Juan leads L'Oréal Latin American Region as President and Chief Executive Officer. He has spent over 25 years with L’Oreal working in various positions in France, Spain, Russia, Romania, Argentina and Canada, where he was also President and Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University ICADE in Spain, as well as the diplôme HEC from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris. He is a co-founder of Gibraltar Corporation and sits on its advisory board. Mr. San Juan also serves as an international advisory board member of the Schulich School of Business at York University
Anne Marie O'Donovan

Ms. O'Donovan is an experienced public company board member and strategic senior executive with over 30 years of Canadian and Global Financial Services industry experience. She brings in-depth knowledge in the areas of executive leadership, risk management, regulatory, governance, financial management, technology, operations and internal audit. Ms. O’Donovan is eligible to serve as a “Qualified Audit Committee Financial Expert” as defined by the TSX, SEC and NYSE, and as of 2009, Ms. O'Donovan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
Michael Boychuk

Mr. Boychuk is an experienced corporate director having served on a number of public as well as private sector Boards. His extensive background in finance, pension and investment management was developed during a 40-year career. Until his retirement in June 2015, he was President of Bimcor Inc; one of Canada’s largest private sector pension plan managers. Prior to that, he served in various senior positions, including Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada. Mr. Boychuk graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and went on to obtain a Chartered Accountant designation and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from the same institution. In 2012, he was appointed a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants (Quebec).
