John M. Sullivan

President & Chief Executive Officer

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
John Sullivan brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and development. Prior to becoming CEO, John held the position of Executive Vice President, Development at Cadillac Fairview. John is responsible for Cadillac Fairview’s continued operation and management of commercial real estate and its growth strategy to support the long-term investment focus of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. John holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Concordia University, a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Wayne L. Barwise

Executive Vice President, Development

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
Wayne Barwise has 28 years experience in real estate development and asset management both as a successful entrepreneur for 14 years and subsequently as a corporate executive. Wayne has completed several billion dollars of commercial properties in Canada and the United States. He is responsible for the leadership of CF's development group including the strategic planning, financial returns and execution of its office, retail and mixed-use development platform. Wayne is a graduate of Harvard University (M.Arch.U.D), and the University of Toronto (B.Arch). Wayne also serves on a number of charitable boards and is Chairman, Branksome Hall Board of Governors.
Sandra J. Hardy

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
A key member of the executive team since 2008, Sandra oversees the provision of legal services for the company including corporate governance and regulatory compliance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and property operations matters. She is responsible for corporate communications and media relations and oversees the corporate charitable donations program. Sandra joined Cadillac Fairview in 1996 as Vice President, Legal and was appointed Senior Vice President, Legal in 2002. A member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Upper Canada, Sandra has 29 years of experience in commercial real estate with Cadillac Fairview, Trizec Corporation, Trilea Shopping Centres Limited and Bramalea Limited. Sandra is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management/ICD Directors Education Program and LL.B., University of Victoria and B.A., Carleton University.
Cathal J. O’Connor

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
Cathal has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited since April 2008. Cathal is responsible for directing the company’s overall financial management and oversees planning, reporting, treasury, corporate taxation, property tax, valuation and IT functions for the organization. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview he was a senior partner at a global accounting firm. Cathal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and an Institute-certified Director, ICD.D. He is also a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee of Baybridge Seniors Housing and a member of the Audit Committee for the TO2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games.
Norm Sabapathy

Executive Vice President, People

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
Norm Sabapathy is responsible for the leadership of Cadillac Fairview’s Human Resources team and enabling outstanding people performance company-wide. Norm is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of management experience with global industry leaders in industrial, transportation, manufacturing, services, food and consumer packaged goods sectors. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Industrial Relations degrees, and has been granted the designations Certified Human Resources Professional and Senior Human Resources Professional.
Salvatore (Sal) Iacono

Executive Vice President, Operations

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
Sal Iacono brings more than 27 years of experience to Cadillac Fairview with senior roles in real estate development and asset management. He is a successful entrepreneur with extensive expertise in developing commercial, retail and multi-residential projects comprising of several million square feet in Canada. In his current role, he is responsible for providing operational leadership and innovation to manage Cadillac Fairview’s 38 million square-foot retail and office portfolio. Sal holds a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Concordia University.
Duncan Osborne

Executive Vice President, Investments

VIEW BIOGRAPHY
Duncan Osborne is responsible for the leadership of Cadillac Fairview’s Investments team, and strategic property investments and divestitures, with a focus on the Canadian, U.S. and Latin American markets. He brings with him more than 18 years of experience in investment, development and commercial transactions to the executive team. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview in 2011, he was a tax partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in Toronto, where he advised on a broad range of domestic and international M&A, private equity, real estate and tax transactions. Duncan holds a law degree (LL.B.) from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Finance (M.Fin) from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Trent University. He also holds a Certificate in Real Estate Development from New York University.

Lois Miles

Senior Vice President, Taxation

Lois Miles joined Cadillac Fairview in 1999, and brings more than 20 years of tax experience in public accounting. Lois is responsible for leading the tax group in the planning and administration of income and commodity taxes, both domestically and internationally. Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant.
Joseph Pucci

Senior Vice President, Finance & Controller

Joseph Pucci is a senior financial professional with 25 years of financial management experience who joined Cadillac Fairview in 2001. Joseph provides leadership in financial and operational reporting, planning, treasury and lease administration to ensure reliable and timely financial, operational and management information. Joseph is responsible for developing and implementing policies, planning and budgeting processes, and analysis to support management decisions. Joseph is a CPA, CA and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University.

Rudy Adlaf

Senior Vice President, Master Planning and Design

Rudy Adlaf is responsible for Cadillac Fairview’s strategic design direction and master planning of new and expanded development projects. Rudy joined Cadillac Fairview in 1974 and has significantly enhanced the design and retail experience at every one of the company’s retail properties throughout Canada. Rudy is a retired member of the Ontario Association of Architects and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Rudy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto.
Niall Collins

Senior Vice President, Development

Niall is an accomplished real estate executive with almost two decades of experience in development, asset management, and investment in various real estate asset classes throughout Europe and North America. Niall is responsible for Cadillac Fairview’s office and mixed-use developments, including the residences at CF Shops at Don Mills, York Centre; the renovations of CF Toronto Eaton Centre and Royal Trust Tower, Toronto-Dominion Centre; and Calgary City Centre. Niall is a graduate of the University of Dublin and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Sebastian Greenall

Senior Vice President, Architecture and Design

Sebastian Greenall leads Cadillac Fairview’s Architecture and Design team and is responsible for the company’s conceptual and architectural design of new construction, expansions and renovations. Sebastian joined Cadillac Fairview in 2011 and has since contributed to the design success of the CF Sherway Gardens and CF Rideau Centre redevelopments, and has implemented a number of successful organizational changes. Prior to Cadillac Fairview, Sebastian held senior positions with Steffian Bradley Architects and the Westfield Group in London, UK. Sebastian holds an MA (Hons) in Architecture and Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice from the University of Westminster. Sebastian is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
David E. Handley

David Handley, founding member of Cadillac Fairview’s project management group, extends his 45 year career by providing expertise on new office, residential and master planned projects in addition to corporate initiated projects. David holds an architectural degree in Project Management from Ryerson University.
Finley McEwen

Finley McEwen is an accomplished real estate executive with over 25 years of industry experience. Finley is currently responsible for managing retail and mixed-use projects across Canada. His achievements include the successful redevelopment of several prominent Cadillac Fairview properties including CF Sherway Gardens, CF Markville and CF Chinook Centre. Finley holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University.
Brian Salpeter

Senior Vice President, Development

Brian Salpeter leads Cadillac Fairview’s Eastern Portfolio Development team, and is responsible for all development activity in Eastern Canada, with an emphasis on growth in Montreal through the development of major retail, office and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview Brian was partner at the law firm, Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, where his practice for the last 20 years has been focused on all aspects of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate/commercial law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, as well as law degrees (B.C.L. and LL.B.) from McGill University.
David McKibbon

David joined Cadillac Fairview in 2013 as Vice President, Project Management and has played a key role in expanding the Project Management team and enhancing processes to execute $4 billion in development projects. Alan Carlisle

Senior Vice President, U.S. Portfolio

Alan Carlisle joined Cadillac Fairview in 1996 and has nearly 25 years of senior real estate experience, primarily in the United States. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cadillac Fairview’s U.S. portfolio of eight retail shopping centres, and sourcing new investment opportunities, acquisitions and dispositions in the U.S. Alan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Texas.
Louie DiNunzio

Louie DiNunzio joined Cadillac Fairview in 2003 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, he held progressively senior positions within the investment banking industry at both BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Merrill Lynch Canada. In his current role, he is responsible for strategic investments and divestitures, with a focus on the Canadian and US markets. Louie is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
Karl Kreppner

Karl Kreppner is responsible for the execution of strategic acquisitions, dispositions and management of investments across the emerging markets. Prior to re-joining Cadillac Fairview in 2013, Karl worked three years for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) in their Mexico City office. Karl is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University.

Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson is responsible for the development, refinement and implementation of Cadillac Fairview’s brand strategy. Jason is a proven marketing and sales leader of businesses and people, developed through success at strong global and local companies, including 10 years at Microsoft where he held the position of Vice President, Retail Sales and Marketing. Before joining Microsoft he held marketing positions at Bell ExpressVu, AT&T Canada and Procter & Gamble. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently Chair of the Board of Governors for Scouts Canada.
Tom Knoepfel

Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Western Canada Portfolio

Tom Knoepfel joined Cadillac Fairview in 2001 and has more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry with extensive leasing and property management expertise. Tom is responsible for the management of operations and the retail and office leasing efforts for the company’s Western Portfolio, which includes British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. Tom is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Construction Management, with a focus on finance. His is also a graduate of the Urban Land Economics Diploma Program at the University of British Columbia.
Danielle Lavoie

Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Eastern Canada

Danielle Lavoie joined Cadillac Farview in January 2014. She is responsible for the operations, leasing, finance and legal teams assigned to the management of the Eastern Canada Portfolio of shopping centres and office buildings, which includes Eastern Ontario, Québec and New Brunswick. An active member of the real estate industry in Québec, she was provincial director of the International Council of Shopping Centres and President of CREW Montréal, where she was recognized with an Excellence Award for her commitment to advancing the success of the association and its members in the Québec real estate industry. Danielle graduated in Civil and Common Law from McGill University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specialized in accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal. She is also licensed as certified real estate broker and agency director from OACIQ.

Arv joined Cadillac Fairview in June 2015 and is currently responsible for driving national operational efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer experience across all Cadillac Fairview properties. Arv is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Clive Baxter joined Cadillac Fairview in 1987. He is responsible for the overall operation of the Ontario Portfolio including the leasing, marketing, accounting, and legal functions. Clive has extensive property management experience. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and has strong ties to the downtown Toronto business community. Clive graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelors Degree specializing in Economics and Business Administration.
Scott Pennock
