CALGARY, AB (March 8, 2017) – Cadillac Fairview and co-owner Ivanhoé Cambridge are pleased to announce three new, highly-anticipated retailers will be joining CF Market Mall in Calgary. Popular fashion retailers Sporting Life and Zara will debut at CF Market Mall in 2017. In 2018, Saks OFF 5TH will also open a new store at CF Market Mall, while Sport Chek plans to expand its existing space into a two-level flagship store, making it the first of its kind in Calgary.

Offering the latest trends in international fashion for men, women, and kids, Zara will open a 30,000 square foot store across two levels at CF Market Mall, making it the biggest Zara store location in Calgary. Adding to the centre’s sports and leisure offerings, Canadian retailer Sporting Life will open a new 40,000 square foot store,  featuring quality, brand name fashion and sports equipment that supports active and energetic lifestyles for the entire family. Both Zara and Sporting Life will open in fall of 2017.


In August 2018, Sport Chek will introduce a newly expanded 60,000 square foot flagship store. Also in 2018, Saks OFF 5TH will open a 26,600 square foot store in the current Home Sense space. Saks OFF 5TH is a destination for top fashion brands at extraordinary value featuring more than 800 designer brands for men, women and kids—all at compelling prices.


HomeSense will relocate to the space formerly occupied by Target on the upper level in late summer of 2017.  


Expanded Parking

Shoppers visiting CF Market Mall will have additional underground parking spots available to help them stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The centre is adding 83 new underground parking spaces. For shoppers who participate in Drive Share programs, CF Market Mall has three dedicated stalls to Car2Go, located by the Calgary Police Service on the east side of the mall.
