Looking Forward
We are refreshing our Green at Work® program for the 2026-2028 period to update targets, data processes and environmental management practices. We remain guided by our Purpose, Values and OneCF culture. We seek to sustain our Global Top 25% Most Engaged Company position, update our Inclusion & Diversity and Wellbeing roadmaps and to have additional Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certifications (RHFAC) by end of 2025. As our operations evolve in response to the changing business landscape and to seize new opportunities, we continue to asses our sustainability governance model to ensure appropriate oversight.
CF aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
CF uses the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) to help inform our ESG objectives. We use the UN SDGs during planning to broadly consider global ESG objectives and understand how CF’s activities might support them. Pictured are the SDGs we consider most relevant to our activities.
