Overview

Our success is driven by our people, who live our Values to deliver on our Purpose each day. We continue to invest in our award-winning OneCF culture and make significant efforts to support employee engagement, inclusion and wellbeing. We’re also committed to sustaining our position as a Global Top 25% Most Engaged Company, benchmarked to Qualtrics Global Norm.

Employee Engagement

Employee engagement level is our primary indicator of organizational culture, measured through our annual Employee Voice survey. Nearly 95% of employees completed the survey in 2024. We are proud to have achieved an 80% engagement score, above the Global Top 25% Most Engaged Workforces, benchmarked to Qualtrics Global Norm. 87% of our employees also recommend CF as a great place to work.

Inclusion & Diversity

Inclusion and diversity are essential to supporting our people, evolving our culture, and attracting, growing and retaining top talent. We are always learning from our people and communities to evolve our approach. We want every employee to feel confident in bringing their authentic selves to work and empowered to make an impact that matters. Data is key for guiding our approach and helps us determine meaningful commitments, gauge our progress, and address actual versus assumed barriers to inclusion and diversity. In 2024 we achieved an 82% overall Inclusion Score, benchmarked to Qualtrics Global Norm.

Employee Wellbeing

We believe that when our employees thrive, so does our company and the communities we serve. That's why we take a holistic approach to employee wellbeing, focusing on emotional, social, physical, and financial dimensions. We gauge our progress through engagement surveys, which cover topics such as general wellbeing, stress levels, work-life balance, and access to support. Our benefits plan is designed to be fair and inclusive, regularly reviewed by an independent third-party. We are excited to add fertility, surrogacy and adoption coverage to our plan in 2025. We integrate wellbeing into our culture year-round, with initiatives like Blue Monday, Mental Health Week, and Financial Literacy Month, as well as workshops like Mental Health Leadership and Personal Resilience Building.

Developing & Supporting Our People

CF is committed to supporting employees’ professional growth and development through meaningful work experiences, coaching, and professional development opportunities. We offer a comprehensive CF Building Leaders Program, including more than 40 custom workshops and learning opportunities created by CF to support our people in their development and career growth. Professional development is a continuous practice at CF, supported through on-the-job coaching, “stretch” assignments, formal training courses, and experiences that challenge and foster learning and growth. CF part-time and full-time employees are eligible for an annual tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per year to support further development and learning.
